Kindly reschedule 24 hours before the appointment.
Mainly for revamping & bringing your own extensions for wigging.

Provide own hair: 5–10 business days

Express (3–5 business days) attracts extra 20%

Pick up is allowed

Revamping: 5–7 business days

Shipping time: 3–5 business days

RETURN POLICY FOR READY TO WEAR UNIT

Hairs must be sent back within 48 hours for a full refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in their original condition once inspected and sold.

Returning of hair will only be accepted if lace has not been cut off, it’s not showing any signs of wear, and has no perfume/odor, makeup, etc.

If you choose a refund, we do not refund the delivery fee.

When a particular hair that was paid for is no longer available, a refund is made.

We cannot refund you simply because you changed your mind, are no longer in need of the hair, or because you can’t maintain/style the hair
